OAH published a Final Rulemaking in the December 9, 2011 D.C. Register, establishing new procedures that govern the electronic filing of documents in all jurisdictions.  The Rulemaking became effective on the date of publication.  Full Text

OAH published an Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking in the December 23, 2011 D.C. Register, establishing new procedures that govern cases referred to OAH by DCPS.  The emergency rules were adopted and became effective on December 20, 2011.  OAH is accepting comments on the proposed rules through Monday, January 23, 2012.
