Audrey Jenkins
Administrative Law Judge
 

Audrey J. Jenkins is a new Administrative Law Judge, joining the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings in August 2005.

Judge Jenkins has practiced with the United States Postal Service’s Office of the General Counsel, the law firms of Fisher and Phillips and Mack & Bernstein in Atlanta Georgia, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in Washington, DC. Judge Jenkins’ background includes litigation before federal administrative agencies, state and federal courts. She has served as counsel to corporations, trade associations, city and county government. Her specialty includes employment law, benefits and human resources. 

 

A member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Georgia, she is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Judge Jenkins, a member of Phi Beta Kappa, received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984, and her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of South Carolina in 1980.
